Class Instructors

Kellie Horler  – Dance

Kellie started dancing at age 6. She is trained in all genres of dance including Ballet, Tap, Flamenco, Jazz, Modern and Musical Theatre. She has earned the Royal Academy of Dance Elementary ballet certificate, and has competed over the years in many festivals. Her solo performance of ‘What I Did for Love’  earned her first place mark of 93.

As a young girl, she appeared several times with professional companies in ‘The Nutcracker’ as a Party Child and as a page in ‘Sleeping Beauty’. In high school, she appeared with leading roles in ‘Pirates of Penzance’. As an adult she has enjoyed supporting roles with Victoria Operatic Society’s ‘Crazy for You’ and ‘Christmas Carol’. She has performed on Cruise lines in Hawaii, Alaska and the Caribbean.

Kellie brings energy to her classes, sharing her love of dance with the children she teaches, while motivating them to be inspired to move with choreography appropriate to their age. Kellie believes that dancing is the universal language of expression without words and she looks forward to meeting you and your children in the next session.

Brian Thibodeau – Acting

Ever since childhood, Brian has had a passion for performance, but his eyes were opened in high school when he discovered theatre. Having found his abiding passion, Brian studied Theatre Arts at Grant McEwan, and his passion only grew.

After moving back to Victoria in 2007, to be closer to his family, he re-discovered community theatre with Four Seasons Musical Theatre, and with but a few exceptions, has been involved in all their productions for the past several years. He is absolutely delighted at this opportunity to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with so much young talent.
